These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website wellnessforchrist.net and any related services provided by Wellness for Christ LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including one-on-one biblical health coaching services.

For the purposes of these Terms, ‘we’, ‘us’, and ‘our’ refer to Jordan Burley, the sole owner and operator of this coaching service.

By accessing our website or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

1. SERVICES

We provide online Christian health and wellness coaching services for educational, informational, lifestyle, and spiritual growth purposes only.

Our Services are limited to coaching, accountability, habit formation, general wellness support, and faith-based encouragement.

We do NOT provide:

Medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any condition
Mental health therapy, counseling, or psychotherapy
Clinical nutrition therapy or medical meal planning
Exercise prescriptions or supervised fitness programming

2. NOT MEDICAL OR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

We are not licensed physicians, medical doctors, nurses, registered dietitians, psychologists, therapists, or other licensed healthcare providers.

While coaching may include general wellness, nutrition, fitness, or lifestyle guidance, all information is for educational and informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as medical or psychological advice.

Nothing provided through our Services should replace care from a qualified healthcare professional.

3. MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL WELL-BEING

Coaching may involve discussions related to mental, emotional, or behavioral challenges; however, we do not provide therapy, counseling, or treatment for mental health disorders.

If serious mental health concerns, crisis situations, or self-harm risks are disclosed or identified, clients will be encouraged to seek immediate support from licensed professionals or emergency services.

4. FAITH-BASED SERVICES

Our Services may include prayer, Scripture, and Christian biblical principles as part of a faith-based coaching approach

.

These spiritual elements are voluntary, and participation is based on client consent. They are intended for encouragement and personal growth and are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care.

5. ELIGIBILITY

By using our Services, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old
You understand the nature and limitations of coaching services
You accept full responsibility for your decisions and actions

6. PAYMENTS

All payments are processed securely through third-party providers, including Wix Payments.

We do not store or directly handle full credit or debit card information.

7. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all coaching services are non-refundable.

Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may not be refunded or rescheduled.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at our discretion.

8. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

You acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in coaching services and are fully responsible for your own physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, decisions, and actions.

Any lifestyle changes you make based on coaching are at your own discretion and risk.

9. NO GUARANTEES

We do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes. Individual results will vary based on personal effort, circumstances, and factors outside our control.

10. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wellness for Christ LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your participation in our Services or reliance on any information provided.

You agree that you use our Services at your own risk.

11. NO PROFESSIONAL–CLIENT RELATIONSHIP

Participation in our Services does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, or other licensed professional relationship.

12. EMERGENCY SITUATIONS

Our Services are not emergency services.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, mental health crisis, or thoughts of self-harm, you should call 911 or seek immediate assistance from emergency or crisis services.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Washington State.

14. PRIVACY

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content provided on our website and during coaching sessions, including materials, messages, frameworks, and resources, are owned by Wellness for Christ LLC unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, distribute, or resell our content without written permission.
