Mission and Vision

To me, Christian health coaching is a 3-way partnership between you, me, and God. I trust you to make the right decisions about your health and I will not try to persuade you of anything or prescribe anything to you. I will just help you get to making those decisions and help you set the right goals and work towards the right behavior changes while encouraging you to seek God in every decision, and I will put him at the center of our sessions. Whether you want to lose weight, eat healthier, sleep better, reduce stress, exercise more,  have more energy, etc. I will do everything I can to help you get there while we look at what God wants for your life in those areas.

I will not judge you for any of your decisions around your health, but I will hold you accountable and I can’t promise that it will be easy. I believe that every young man has great potential to live a healthy life while honoring God in what they do. I want the changes you make over the course of these sessions to have a long lasting impact on your life going forward, and I will work with you on setting goals and changing behaviors.

Be prepared to be asked a lot of questions!

Scriptures

Philippians 4:6-7 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Isaiah 58: 11 The Lord will guide you always; he will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame. You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail.

3 John 1:2 Dear friend, I pray that you may enjoy good health and that all may go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well.

Luke 12:25-26 Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to your life? Since you cannot do this very little thing, why do you worry about the rest?

1 Corinthians 10:31 So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.

Ephesians 5:29 For no one ever hated his own flesh, but nourishes and cherishes it, just as Christ does the church,
